Heat rises so this apt. stays warm well in winter and in the summer can be cooled off pretty fast with the built in air conditioner or the many windows. Bathroom has two sinks with lots of counter space, shower with tub and small window. Down stairs on the 1st floor is a shared laundry room. No Dogs or Cats. Big yard out front for children.
