My lease ends on 1/31/10. But I am moving out on 8/31/09. I am desperately looking for someone to rent my apartment to fill in the rest of my lease term. I am willing to pay the rent for September for you if you rent my apartment from 9/1/09 to 1/31/10. I will also pay $200 as a reward to anyone who helps me find this qualified person who gets to be approved by the apartment company and signs a lease with them.
