My lease ends on 1/31/2010. But I am moving out before the end of August. I am looking for someone to rent my apartment to fill in the rest of my lease term. I am willing to pay the rent for September for you if you rent my apartment from 9/1/09 to 1/31/10. If you are interested, you will need to sign a lease with the apartments company. You can renew your lease after 1/31/10 if you want to. Please contact the apartment manager at and ask about apt # 3202 during office hours and/or contact me (Jeff) Monday through Sunday from 9am to 10pm at or or by email. I will move out by 8/27. So, if you are interested, please make sure all the paper work with Williams Estates be finished by then, and I will pay the September rent for you as an appreciation for helping me out. About the apartment: $529/month. In Mt. Sterling, KY. Close to I-64, behind Walmart, very convenient. Very new apartment, nice and quiet neighborhood, 2 bed rooms, walk-in closet, one bath room, one living room, small front balcony, one kitchen with refrigerator (automatic ice making), range, sink, dish washer, counter and cupboards. Free water....
