Dan Daugherty Dan Daugherty
President and CEO

Dan's experience includes four years with Google during which time he spent in various management positions including running the operations team for the Mountain States Region. He helped to grow the region from $1 million in annual sales to over $100 million within four years. Mr Daugherty was selected by the Denver Business Journal for its inaugural "40 Under 40" designation. He is also active in commercial and residential real estate investing in Colorado and received his business degree in International Business from Ohio Wesleyan University.

His experience has included over 12 years of computer consulting including the last four years working as a director of IT Application Development for Carlson Companies (parent company of Radisson, Park Inn, Park Plaza, Regent, Country Inn, etc). Prior to Carlson, Dariusz co-founded Certes Solutions, a consulting IT based firm in Denver where he architected the American Airlines aircraft maintenance system.
 
Tim Moynihan Tim Moynihan
Chief Operations Officer

His experience includes founding the Mountain States operation for Google where he was responsible for sales, marketing and strategic planning. While at Google, Moynihan hired and managed a highly successful regional sales and operations team that built a $100 mil business in under 4 years of operation. Prior to Google, Moynihan was VP of Sales at Winstar Interactive Media, a major independent website representation firm, where he led the national sales and operations organizations. Tim received his BA degree from Colby College and MBA from the University of San Francisco.
 
Lisa Ray Lisa Ray
Vice President, Operations

Lisa has extensive experience in real estate sales and real estate investing. Her accomplishments include selling over $15 million in real estate in two years and acquiring multiple investment properties. Lisa is a licensed real estate agent for the state of Colorado and has a double major from the University of Denver in Finance and Management.
 
Craig Smith Craig Smith

Craig Smith was appointed Chief Executive Officer of ServiceMagic in January of 2008. A member of the ServiceMagic team since 2000, Craig began his career in strategic financial planning and progressed into his current role as CEO. He previously acted as the senior vice president of the consumer division where he was charged with overseeing the company's Internet marketing strategy and customer service division. He was also responsible for consumer marketing and cultivating new strategic business partnerships.

Jim Gladney founded Liberty Capital Partners in 1994. He is an experienced private equity investor, venture capitalist and CEO who has spent the past 25 years starting up, buying, and building a broad array of over 50 companies domestically and internationally. His industry experience includes hospitality, business services, distribution, real estate & construction, software, franchising, manufacturing and media. He has served for 15 years as the CEO of operating companies and 10 years as the Managing Partner of private equity firms. Mr. Gladney has served on the Boards of Directors of over 25 companies and chaired numerous boards, audit committees, compensation committees and executive committees. He is a recognized expert in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Corporate Advisory, Strategic Planning, Industry Consolidations, Franchising, Real Estate Development, Negotiation, Public Relations and Sales & Marketing.

Mr. Gladney served as the Managing Partner of Park Avenue Equity Partners, a NYC based private equity firm specializing in acquiring middle market companies.

Mr. Gladney was Chairman and CEO of Boston based All Seasons Services, Inc., a leading provider of vending, dining and office refreshment services with over 2000 employees. Mr. Gladney led a management group that acquired All Seasons. Mr. Gladney and his management team then acquired 36 additional companies in the industry executing a successful consolidation strategy. They grew the business from $80 million in revenue to over $200 million and sold the company to a private equity firm, thereby generating a sevenfold return for investors.
