Dan Daugherty Dan Daugherty
President and CEO

Dan's experience includes four years with Google during which time he spent in various management positions including running the operations team for the Mountain States Region. He helped to grow the region from $1 million in annual sales to over $100 million within four years. Mr Daugherty was nominated by his peers for the Denver Business Journal's inaugural "40 Under 40" designation. He serves on the Board of a non-profit called ShakePoverty.org and is a mentor for the Founders Institute. Dan is also active in residential real estate investing in Colorado and received his business degree in International Business from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Prior to joining rentbits in January 2013, Eric served as the VP of Development at HomeAdvisor. A career developer with a passion for startup environments, Eric is a huge proponent of the Lean Startup philosophy. He can often be found evangelizing its tenets to anyone who will listen. Eric received his BA and MA in Communications Development from Colorado State University. When not doing things IT, Eric is a hack bluegrass guitarist.

Lisa has extensive experience in real estate sales and real estate investing. Her accomplishments include selling over $15 million in real estate in two years and acquiring multiple investment properties. Lisa is a licensed real estate agent for the state of Colorado and has a double major from the University of Denver in Finance and Management.
 
Mike Branam Mike Branam
VP of Sales and Operations

Mike's experience includes being on the ground floor to help launch and develop multiple start ups in the technology and real estate sectors. Mike's primary responsibilities have included business development, sales, operations, marketing and strategic planning with an emphasis on exceeding revenue initiatives. Mike was a driving force behind the growth at ESalestax.com, an online sales tax solutions program that experienced 20% year over year growth prior to the company being sold to Wolters Kluwer, a leading global information services and publishing company. Mike graduated from Colorado State University with a B.A. in Communication Theory with an emphasis in Relational and Organizational Studies.
 
Tim Moynihan Tim Moynihan

His experience includes founding the Mountain States operation for Google where he was responsible for sales, marketing and strategic planning. While at Google, Moynihan hired and managed a highly successful regional sales and operations team that built a $100 mil business in under 4 years of operation. Prior to Google, Moynihan was VP of Sales at Winstar Interactive Media, a major independent website representation firm, where he led the national sales and operations organizations. Tim received his BA degree from Colby College and MBA from the University of San Francisco.
 
Craig Smith Craig Smith

Craig Smith was appointed Chief Executive Officer of HomeAdvisor in January of 2008. A member of the HomeAdvisor team since 2000, Craig began his career in strategic financial planning and progressed into his current role as CEO. He previously acted as the senior vice president of the consumer division where he was charged with overseeing the company's Internet marketing strategy and customer service division. He was also responsible for consumer marketing and cultivating new strategic business partnerships.

Jim Gladney founded Liberty Capital Partners in 1994. He is an experienced private equity investor, venture capitalist and CEO who has spent the past 25 years starting up, buying, and building a broad array of over 50 companies domestically and internationally. His industry experience includes hospitality, business services, distribution, real estate & construction, software, franchising, manufacturing and media. He has served for 15 years as the CEO of operating companies and 10 years as the Managing Partner of private equity firms. Mr. Gladney has served on the Boards of Directors of over 25 companies and chaired numerous boards, audit committees, compensation committees and executive committees. He is a recognized expert in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Corporate Advisory, Strategic Planning, Industry Consolidations, Franchising, Real Estate Development, Negotiation, Public Relations and Sales & Marketing.

Mr. Gladney served as the Managing Partner of Park Avenue Equity Partners, a NYC based private equity firm specializing in acquiring middle market companies.

Mr. Gladney was Chairman and CEO of Boston based All Seasons Services, Inc., a leading provider of vending, dining and office refreshment services with over 2000 employees. Mr. Gladney led a management group that acquired All Seasons. Mr. Gladney and his management team then acquired 36 additional companies in the industry executing a successful consolidation strategy. They grew the business from $80 million in revenue to over $200 million and sold the company to a private equity firm, thereby generating a sevenfold return for investors. Nicole Milici

Nicole Milici is the CEO of Spada Media, a Providence based marketing communications firm and also serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Liberty Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests nationally in middle-market companies and technology start-ups.

Mrs. Milici serves on the board of rentbits.com, a Denver based technology company that generates rental property leads for publicly traded REITs and other institutional property owners andmanagers.

She is a member of the Women Presidents Organization and serves on the Board of the American Red Cross.

Nicole is an an award-winning designer, recognized nationally for her creative art direction and targeted marketing strategies. Her designs have won Emmy Awards, Adrian Awards and Summit Awards for the Rhode Island Meeting & Destination Guide, the Rhode Island Travel Guide, and television production of the Bristol, RI Fourth of July Parade. Most recently she was recognized for an Obie Award for the top billboard design in the US.

Milici has worked with several non-profit and charitable organizations including Child & Family, Afri Afya, Water for Cambodia, and Visting Nurses. Milici's portfolio includes pioneering campaigns for government agencies, medical agencies, non-profits, national franchisors, financial institutions and multinational corporations. She has successfully created anddelivered media campaigns on behalf of a myriad of clients including Krispy Kreme, IMAX Theatres, MassMutual Financial Services, RI Builders Association, Foreside, Hyatt Hotels, DoubleTree Hotels and AAA.

Nicole is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and studied for two years in Munich, Germany. She was born in Wiesbaden, Germany.

She has lived in Rhode Island for over 20 years with her husband and four children.
