The rentbits Apartments Account Manager (AM) serves as the primary business contact for our multifamily management company advertisers and is responsible for client satisfaction. The AM is expected to consistently provide pro-active customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality and performance. In addition, the AM will build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client communications, account management, customer service, and identification of new revenue opportunities with apartment management companies and national multifamily REIT customers.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen/grow customer relationships by managing ad programs
- Ensure that customer ROI goals are met and exceeded for all advertising campaigns
- Identify and recommend campaign optimization strategies for customer ad programs
- Along with fellow team member on the sales staff, AM is responsible for monthly/quarterly revenue objectives as it relates to communities added to the rentbits platform
- Ensure that client issues are resolved in an efficient manner
- Manage the contract process and contract renewals for new and existing clients
- Manage account receivables to ensure prompt customer payment
- Ensure that all internal operations processes are followed and quality standards met
- Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team
- Meet/Exceed all weekly customer engagement metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Account Management and/or multi-family industry experience
- Extremely detail oriented
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce.com)
- Strong communication skills - verbal & writing
- Motivated, goal oriented & persistent
- High level of initiative and works well in a team environment
- Exceptional time/organizational management skills
- Undergraduate degree
- Media or Online advertising experience preferred
