Homes.com just launched a new real estate search App for iPhone with sale properties and rentals. It’s now in the App store. Key features include:

The Homes.com application has features not found in other mobile real estate applications such as the Homes.com “grid view” feature that improves selection of closely clustered properties displayed on a map.
