Rent.com Pricing Change?
November 7, 2007 – 5:09 pmGot word of this from the RentVine blog. Looks like a survey rent out to ask for pricing help. Is the $395 succession fee dead? They are asking:
- $375 a month, or
- $7.00 a lead, or
- $25.00 a week for the listing
Not sure what the $375 a month is. I think this is suppose to be the success fee. The $25 a week is a little odd. Seems like a newspaper model. The per lead could make some sense.
