How do I Handle Noisy Neighbors?

Stacy, we are sorry to hear that you are losing sleep because of your neighbors. We do have some advice for you though. Because you are renting a condo, the Home Owners Association usually has ordinances on noise violations. If you would rather not go over to the neighbor and ask them to keep it quiet, you can call the HOA (Home owners Association) and file a complaint with them.
The HOA will then contact the neighbor and warn them to be quiet. If they keep being noisy they will be fined.
