Rent Marketer (Sales Executive(s))

Responsibilities:

• Using a target list of National Account property managers, develop customer base through top down sales strategy
• Develop and maintain relationships at key national property manager accounts
• Sell-through digital advertising solutions to prominent property managers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and sell-through
• Represent company at key industry events and trade shows
• Keep pace with trends in the rental industry and develop comprehensive industry expertise

Requirements:

• College Graduate
• Media, business, or sales qualifications preferred
• Senior level sales skills required
• Exceptional public speaking and networking skills required
• Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity
• Real Estate industry experience preferred
• Digital marketing or new media experience preferred

Rent Marketer (Advertising Operations Coordinator)

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to Rent Marketer’s clients
• Respond to customer service inquiries by phone and email
• Troubleshoot existing advertising campaigns and technical problems
• Post, edit, and renew clients’ ads across our network of sites
• Consistently monitor emails, customer feedback, and satisfaction

Requirements:

• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• Detail oriented, ability to complete a large volume of high quality work quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 2 years customer service/client service experience preferred
• Related experience at an Internet company
• Strong computer applications skills
• Advertising operations experience preferred

Rent Marketer (Java Programmer(s))

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• Java JDK
• OO Analysis/Design skills
• Debugging and problem solving skills
• Strong teamwork ethic
• Familiar with test first, design second approach (XP)
• Ability to write clear and simple code
• HTML

Preferred:

• J2EE (jar, war - no EJB is fine)
• Linux/Apache/Tomcat/Eclipse Environment
• Hibernate
• SQL
• Struts/JSTL
• HTTP Client
• XML/XSLT (Expression Language)

Rent Marketer (Jr. Software Engineer)

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain automated HTTP/GET/POST software
• Evaluate current software and recommend future approaches
• Perform system and integration testing of software
• Assist with SDLC process improvements of the organization
• Collaborate with systems engineers and ops team
• Work with internal users to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Work with the systems test and field service organizations to ensure products meet performance and reliability specifications

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of software development
• Programming knowledge of Java
• Good knowledge and understanding of HTTP protocol
• Strong sense of process, attention to detail, and exceptional follow-through
• General understanding of software configuration and release management
• Ability to work effectively with remote development groups
• Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal guidance
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Apartment Marketer (Sales Executive(s))
