iiProperty Rebranded Rentomatic
January 28, 2008 – 6:11 pmBack in December we wrote that Rentomatic would be launching soon. It appears that Rentomatic has launched and has replaced the brand of iiProperty.
The new brand and site is tailored to both renters and managers. Renters are able to pay rent online, build credit, send maintenance items. Property managers and owners are able to advertise properties, track lease details, track maintenance, do accounting, etc.
iiProperty has received funding from River Valley Investors, an angel firm located in Mass.

If done right. I think any business can make money.

They also provide rent management services for only $5 a month. Seems well worth it to not have to go to the bank anymore.
