What Happened to Terabitz?

March 5, 2008 – 11:10 am

Terabitz, a real estate site that allows users to customize their real estate search experience, and who received $10 million in funding from Tudor Capital fell off the edge of the internet.

Even though the homepage allows buyers and renters to search and customize properties, I think Terabitz is focusing their monetization efforts on the B2B play working directly with brokers to power their sites.

According to Compete.com, Terabitz received 3,395 unique visitors for the month of January.

Overall, I think Terabitz has a very innovative product and has a lot of potential. As a user, I love having the ability to customize my user experience. Once Terabitz reaches critical mass on both the B2C and B2B side, this will become a very lucrative business.
