WalkScore.com - Find a Great Neighborhood

WalkScore.com is a site that allows users to see local restaurants, banks, parks, schools, fitness centers, etc within waking distance from a specific address.
Their patent-pending system calculates the walkability of an address based on:
- The distance to walkable locations near an address.
- Calculating a score for each of these locations.
- Combining these scores into one easy to read Walk Score.
Below is an example of how it works.

An EXCELLENT resource hyperlink to place in rental property listing descriptions to REINFORCE information in the listings.
I REALLY like the distance to a Starbucks…since I deal with country properties, I often tell prospects the home is 5min or 10min from 2% milk on the weekends to convey that it is NOT IN THE BOONDOCKS!

Why only walk score? Maybe also we should use drive score (BTW it’s already used by sellers from Fizber). Or maybe plain score? Any more ideas?
