Top 9 Real Estate Investing Tools
November 3, 2007 – 10:02 amYou should always learn and much as you can from others who have failed and succeeded in the same industry. I have learned a lot about real estate investing by reading books, asking lots of questions, signing up with real estate portals and failing on my own, and I can tell you the latter is something I don’t suggest you do.
Below is a list of the top 9 real estate investing information tools. This list is based on monthly unique visits from compete.com:
- BiggerPockets
- Creonline
- MrLandlord
- REIClub
- RealEstateInvestor
- NationalReia
- InvestmentRiches
- Aireo
- Reia

Thanks for the list, Dan! I’ve been to BiggerPockets a few times, but hadn’t heard of the other sites. With all of the great opportunities we have here in Las Vegas, it only makes sense for an agent to be up on what investors are saying and thinking.

I checked out the sites and found them to be very insightful. Thanks Dan! Do check out my site as well. We are constantly adapting and evolving our methods according to the dynamic real estate market.

Aireo.com? Not sure how that ended up in the top 10 nationally as its one of the least relevant of the 4 dallas/fort worth focused investor sites. For DFW area, these are the top, IMO..
