Krunching, a real estate investment tool site launched this week. Krunching analyzes investment properties and gives you information to help you make informed real estate investing decisions.

Their database seems robust but I did not find information on one address. When you type in an address and Zip Code for a property in their data base you will get:

As a real estate investor myself I like the fact that I can get all of the investment information in one place.

Krunching has a lot of competition. There are a lot of real estate investing tools out there but this seems the easiest to use and is free.

One large potential competitor in this space is Zillow. Zillow has all of this data and then some and if Zillow were to add these type of real estate investment tools it could great increase their stickiness.

All in all, I think krunching has something here.
