Jill Childs-Mynarcik is rude, unprofessional, and nasty. She needs to INVEST in customer service and people skills. I do NOT recommend her or her company! I should’ve known. Now I do!

It is unfortunate that situations like this arises when a tenant wants to break a lease contract with an owner. Trade Wind is only able to enforce the terms of the contract signed by the parties. A resolution to this would have for the tenant to release the property which we would have gladly assisted in. Jill Childs-Mynarcik
