If you are looking to get into real estate investing or have a property you want to rent out, there are 10 reasons why I think you should use a property manager to manage your property. All of these reasons can be summed up by “Less Headaches”.

    1. You don’t need to show the property
    2. You don’t need to fix the toilet or do maintenance
    3. You don’t need to answer emergency calls in the middle of the night
    4. You don’t need to get calls from the HOA that client is breaking rules
    5. You don’t need to do background or credit checks
    6. You don’t need to do walkthrus
    7. You don’t need to evict
    8. You don’t need to get a lawyer
    9. You don’t need to know all the real estate laws
    10. You can spend more time acquiring more properties rather than managing them

      The property manager is responsible for all of these things. You just added 9 more years to your life by relieving this stress. Oh and you now have more time to do your therma yoga and don’t forget to buy that puppy.
