MyNewPlace Rolls out Cost Per Lead and Subscription Model
June 6, 2008 – 11:08 amWe wrote about this last month and now it is confirmed that MyNewPlace has rolled out a Cost Per Lead and Subscription model.
Here is how the program will work:
Pay Per Qualified Lead
* Only pay when you receive a qualified lead interested in your community.
* Receive priority placement in search returns.
* Budget for leads by capping the number you wish to receive monthly.
Subscription
* Receive unlimited leads for one low monthly rate.
* Perfect for higher traffic properties
* Receive priority placement in search returns.
I am not sure if the Cost Per Lease model will still be part of this offering. Perhaps someone from MyNewPlace can let us know.

Thanks for keeping us updated on this new pay/lead system. I like this system much better than the pay / lease system.
