Hoodeo - The Neighborhood Match Maker

Hoodeo, a neighborhood match maker site, launched this morning. Hoodeo is an eppraisal.com site and allows users to find a neighborhood that matches your profile.

I gave it a try and it suggested I live in Cherry Creek, a suburb of Denver CO. I would say that matches me. There were no rental or forsale properties though. It would be nice to have an option to show properties that match my profile as well.
