ForRent.com made the list of the top 20 real estate websites that hitwise tracks for the real estate section. Out of all real estate websites, ForRent.com received .94% of the traffic compared to all other real estate sites. This was third when comparing the rental sites in the top 20.

Got word of this from the RentVine blog. Looks like a survey rent out to ask for pricing help. Is the $395 succession fee dead? They are asking:
$375 a month, or
$7.00 a lead, or
$25.00 a week for the listing

Jerry Slavonia was part of the Rent.com management team from 2001 - March of 2007 and was responsible for the acquisition with eBay for $433 million.
