HotPads.com, a map based rental search site, has launched featured listings. The Hotpads featured program allows advertisers to get more visibility for their properties in two ways.

Hotpads, a rental and forsale search site, should break the 1,000,000 unique visitors per month before the end of the year. Here is a breakdown of their traffic as shown by Quantcast.com. These numbers are accurate because hotpads is a quantified publisher.

Hotpads.com, a site where you can search for rental properties on a map has just launched for listings as well. From the Mercury News blog.
Hotpads, received $2 million in funding earlier this year and are monetizing their site with ad sense.
