ApartmentRatings add Q and A

Bill Quirk over at Residential Rentals noticed that ApartmentRatings has added a Question and Answer service. It doesn’t look like there are many questions or answers yet but once ApartmentRatings hits critical mass, this could be a great way to increase page views and monetization of those page views.
