We have discussed FlipKey in the past, and yesterday they opened their doors to everyone.
FlipKey was created out of frustration. While the founders were managing their own vacation rentals, they discovered that there was a lack of trust and consumer awareness among prospective guests searching for vacation rentals.

HotPads.com, a map based rental search site, has launched featured listings. The Hotpads featured program allows advertisers to get more visibility for their properties in two ways.

Within 15 minutes, I added a Rental Timeline to rentBits.com using the the Google Gadget tool within Google Spreadsheets. I have no programming experience at all. In the past, this would have taken many programming hours.

Our launch of rentBits.com yesterday was a huge success. We have been getting great press from SearchEngineWatch, CNET, ColoradoStartUps, TechRockies, Smart Money and others.
